Responsible use and application of data – putting values first

Filosofie in actie can help you design an ethical vision or ethical strategy concerning data use and (responsible) use of AI. Through our tried and tested reflection procedure, we work from the principle of putting values first. We offer:

-  Facilitating the implementation of data-ethics within the organization
-  Guiding ethical conversations on project level
-  Designing deliberative frameworks and help implementing those frameworks
-  Guidance in assembling an ethics committee
- Guidance for a trajectory creating a change in business culture

We offer training courses teaching the fundamentals of guiding ethical conversations and Future Thinking, on location in Arnhem or in-house, tailored to you and your team.

We also design (perennial) curricula on ethics and philosophy of technology, specifically tailored to technical education such as Data Science, Biomedical Technology or Software Engineering at Universities or Universities of Applied Sciences. Additionally we offer advice and guidance on implementing (data) ethics and philosophy of technology in education and research on a broad spectrum.

We provide awareness campaigns on (the fundamentals of) data-ethics, for both a broad audience and specific target groups such as developers, data-scientists and data analysts.

In addition we offer guidance on approaching ethical issues for Data Protection Officers and Privacy Officers and provide campaigns explaining the importance of privacy and can design or contribute to privacy awareness campaigns within your organization.
